  • 1 ounce maple syrup, grade A
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1 strip orange peel, fresh and without pith

    Add all to a shaker halfway filled with ice.Shake vigorously; pour into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with rosemary sprig punched through orange peel.
