Maple Custard

  • 3 eggs, beaten slightly
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. maple syrup
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and pour into individual custard cups. Set the cups in a pan of warm water and bake in a moderate oven at 350° for about 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center of the custards comes out clean.
