  • 1/4 cups Cooking Oil Or Olive Oil
  • 10 Boneless Chicken Breast Tenders
  • 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1/2 cups Maple Syrup
  • 13 cups Stone Ground Mustard
  • Rice, To Serve

Directions

    Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat.

    Dredge chicken in the flour and brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes each side.

    Place chicken in a 2-quart baking pan.

    In a small bowl, combine the syrup and mustard; pour over the chicken.

    Cover and cook at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes, or until meat is tender.
