- 1/4 cups Cooking Oil Or Olive Oil
- 10 Boneless Chicken Breast Tenders
- 1/2 cups Flour
- 1/2 cups Maple Syrup
- 13 cups Stone Ground Mustard
- Rice, To Serve
Directions

1Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat.

2Dredge chicken in the flour and brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes each side.

3Place chicken in a 2-quart baking pan.

4In a small bowl, combine the syrup and mustard; pour over the chicken.

5Cover and cook at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes, or until meat is tender.

6Serve with rice.
