  • 3 c. maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 c. walnut meats

Directions

    Boil syrup, cream of tartar and butter to 233°.

    Cool and beat until creamy.

    Add walnuts and salt.

    Pour into greased shallow pan.

    Cool and cut.
