- 2/3 c. uncooked rice
- pinch of nutmeg
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. maple syrup
- 1/2 c. seedless raisins
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Cook rice in boiling salted water until tender. Drain thoroughly.

2Combine eggs and maple syrup and blend well.

3Stir in milk, nutmeg and salt, then rice and raisins.

4Place ingredients in buttered casserole and bake in moderate 350° oven for 60 to 70 minutes.
