- 1/4 cup Calamata olives, pitted and finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 12 ounces bocconcini(baby fresh mozzarella balls)
Directions

1Combine the diced peppers, basil, olives, red pepper flakes, garlic and olive oil, and pour over bocconcini in a bowl. Cover and marinate for at least 4 hours, preferably 48 hours in the refrigerator. Serve with toothpicks.
