- 5 lb. roast or well trimmed brisket
- 4 oz. liquid smoke
- 5 oz. Worcestershire sauce
- garlic powder
- onion powder
Directions

1Sprinkle the meat well with garlic and onion powder.

2Place in non-metallic roasting pan.

3Pour the liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce over the meat.

4Place in refrigerator overnight, turning at least 1 time.

5When ready to cook, turn once more.

6Cover with foil and bake about 4 hours at 350°.
