  • 5 lb. roast or well trimmed brisket
  • 4 oz. liquid smoke
  • 5 oz. Worcestershire sauce
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder

Directions

    Sprinkle the meat well with garlic and onion powder.

    Place in non-metallic roasting pan.

    Pour the liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce over the meat.

    Place in refrigerator overnight, turning at least 1 time.

    When ready to cook, turn once more.

    Cover with foil and bake about 4 hours at 350°.
