- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, sliced in thin rings
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Slice carrots on the diagonal or in crinkles, then blanch until crisp-tender (6 to 8 minutes).

2Add green pepper and onion. Mix together all other ingredients and pour over vegetables.

3This will keep up to 10 days.
