  • 2 lb. or 5 c. sliced carrots, cooked, drained and cooled
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced thinly
  • 1 medium onion, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 3/4 c. vinegar (white preferred)
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Combine the tomato soup, sugar, salt, pepper, mustard, salt, oil, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce with vegetables.
