- 2 bunches carrots
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- ??? c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 small onions
Directions

1Peel and slice carrots.

2Cook until tender; drain off water. Mix soup, salad oil, vinegar, sugar, dry mustard and chopped pepper.

3Bring to boil.

4Remove from heat; add carrots and onions. Put in covered dish and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
