Marinated Chicken Breasts

  • 6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
  • 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp. coarse grain mustard
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Place chicken breasts in a large shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients.

    Stir well and pour over chicken.

    Cover and marinate chicken in the refrigerator 2 hours.

    Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade.

    Grill chicken over hot coals about 8 minutes on each side.
