- 3/4 c. oil
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. ginger
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well.

2Pour into oblong baking pan.

3Place flank steak into marinade, turning to coat.

4Cover with plastic wrap.

5Refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.

6Barbecue several minutes each side, center should be rare.
