- 2/3 c. tarragon vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1 medium onion
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
Directions

1Combine first 8 ingredients. Slice onion and separate rings. Clean and remove stems from mushrooms. Add onion rings and mushrooms to marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
