Marinated Pork Steaks

  • 8 pork loin steaks
  • 5 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 10 sage leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 sprigs rosemary, leaves picked and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste (use plenty though)
  • Pam cooking spray (or other oil spray)

Directions

    Mix together the marinade ingredients to make a paste.

    Lay the pork steaks in one layer in a tray or 2 flatish bowls.

    With a small sharp knife make 4 small cuts in each steak.

    Spread the paste evenly over the steaks, cover in plastic wrap and refridgerate for 3-4 hours.

    Heat a non stick griddle or george foreman grill and spray the steaks with oil.

    Cook the steaks for 6-8 mins or until cooked through.

    Serve with mash.
