- 1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 lb queso fresco
Directions

1Cut the Queso Fresco into 3/4-1 inch cubes.

2In a large, shallow dish, combine all ingredients except cheese.

3(If you want, you could throw them in the food processor for ease).

6Let stand at room temp for 2 hours before serving.
