  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. marjoram
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. parsley, chopped (4 Tbsp. dried parsley equals 1/4 c. fresh)
  • 1 large can mushrooms
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 jar boiled onions
  • 4 tomatoes
