  • 2 lb. stone crab claws, cracked
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. sweet basil
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • dash of salt and black pepper
