- 3 fresh tomatoes, about 1 pound
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh savory, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Directions
