  • 1 (5 to 7 lb.) turkey breast
  • 2 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. salt
  • 1/4 c. pepper (less if don't want hot)
  • 1 c. apple cider vinegar

Directions

    Place turkey in browning bag in shallow roasting pan.

    Combine parsley, oil, salt, pepper and vinegar.

    Pour over turkey.

    Seal bag.

    Cut slits in top and bake at 300° for 4 to 5 hours.
