  • 1 pkg. chopped spinach (frozen)
  • 1 pkg. Knorr Swiss vegetable soup mix
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 8 oz. water chestnuts, chopped

Directions

    Thaw spinach and drain well.

    Mix all ingredients together. Let set for 2 hours before serving.

    Makes about 2 1/2 cups or 10 servings.
