  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. cooking oil

Directions

    Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, bell pepper and onion in bowl. Combine salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar and oil; mix well and pour over vegetables.
