  • 1 can garden peas, drained
  • 1 can Shoepeg corn, drained
  • 1 can carrots, drained
  • 1 can French-style green beans, drained
  • 2 oz. pimento
  • 1/2 to 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
