  • vegetables of your choice (onions, carrots, broccoli, squash, cauliflower, mushrooms, etc.), chopped or sliced
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. oregano

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except vegetables.

    Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
