  • 4 to 5 tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, cut in circles
  • 1 large onion, cut in circles
  • raw cauliflower, cut up
  • radishes, cut up
  • celery, cut up
  • garlic salt
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. cider vinegar

    Mix all vegetables together and sprinkle with the garlic salt, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
