  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
  • fresh mushrooms

Directions

    Mix sugar, vinegar, oil and poppy seed. Cut celery, cauliflower and broccoli into small pieces.
