  • 1 strawberry Jello
  • 1/4 pt. boiling water
  • 14 ounce. can evaporated lowfat milk (well chilled)
  • 4 ounce. soft cream cheese
  • 4 ounce. cut marshmallows (reserve 6 for decoration)
  • 4 ounce. strawberries

Directions

    Dissolve Jello in boiling water and leave till cool but not set.

    Whisk lowfat milk and cheese till thick, then whisk in Jello.

    Mix in marshmallows and strawberries.

    Refrigeratetill set and decorate with marshmallows.
