- 2 cans white Shoe Peg corn (Green Giant)
- 3/4 stick butter
- 2 Tbsp. plain flour
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Melt butter and blend with flour.

2Stir in whipping cream. Drain corn.

3Put in greased casserole.

4Salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture over corn.

5Bake, covered, for 45 minutes at 350° and uncovered for 15 minutes.

6Serves 4 to 6.
