- 2 lb. Bob Evans sausage (or any other sausage with low fat content)
- 2 lb. ground turkey
- 1 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1 (16 oz.) jar grape jelly (apple will work also)
- 1 bottle barbecue sauce (Kraft)
Directions

1Combine sausage, turkey and oatmeal.

2Roll meat into marble-size balls and broil 5 to 8 minutes.

3Melt jelly in a large skillet at low to medium high temperature. Add barbecue sauce. Mix well.

4Add meat balls.

5Cover and simmer 30 minutes.

6Stir occasionally.

7Serve hot in chafing dish.
