- 2 Eggs
- 50 grams Granulated sugar
- 20 grams Honey
- 50 grams Butter
- 50 grams Cake flour
- 50 grams Almond flour
- 5 grams Matcha
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Candied black beans
Directions

1Bring eggs to room temperature.

2Combine the cake flour, almond flour, matcha, and baking powder and sift.

3Microwave the butter (roughly 1 minute) to melt.

4Beat in the eggs.

5Add granulated sugar and honey.

6Whisk well.

7Sift in the dry ingredients and stir until it's not floury.

8Add the melted butter in small batches and whisk.

9Pour the mixture into a square tin lined with parchment paper.

10Smooth out the surface and top with candied black beans.

11Bake in 170C (338F) for 20 minutes.

12Remove from pan when it's slightly cooled down.

13Chop into desired sizes.
