  • 2 Eggs
  • 50 grams Granulated sugar
  • 20 grams Honey
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 50 grams Cake flour
  • 50 grams Almond flour
  • 5 grams Matcha
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Candied black beans

Directions

    Bring eggs to room temperature.

    Combine the cake flour, almond flour, matcha, and baking powder and sift.

    Microwave the butter (roughly 1 minute) to melt.

    Beat in the eggs.

    Add granulated sugar and honey.

    Whisk well.

    Sift in the dry ingredients and stir until it's not floury.

    Add the melted butter in small batches and whisk.

    Pour the mixture into a square tin lined with parchment paper.

    Smooth out the surface and top with candied black beans.

    Bake in 170C (338F) for 20 minutes.
