Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 3 slices bread, soaked in hot water
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan (shaker box)
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Directions

1Mash saturated bread to make paste.

2Mix all ingredients in large bowl.

3Blend well.

4Make into 1 1/2 to 2-inch balls.

5Put on deep cookie sheet with sides touching.

6Bake at 350° until brown and cooked through.

7Remove to paper towels or brown paper to drain and cool.

8Store in closed container until ready to use. When ready to use, just heat in spaghetti sauce or moisten in oven.
