- 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- 2 tsp. salt
- dash of garlic powder
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. dried bread crumbs
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
Directions

1Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

2Form into golf ball sized meatballs.

3Mixture is moist and handles better if very cold. Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

4Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes. Allow fat to drain off while cooling.

5Makes 35 to 40 meat balls.
