Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. bread crumbs (2 slices toasted bread)
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Cook shells as directed; drain and cool shells. Brown hamburger in pan; drain off fat. Combine meat, eggs and everything else. Mix well. Fill shells with filling. Put a thin layer of sauce, then your stuffed shells face down.

    Cover with remaining sauce; add a little more cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
