- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 3/4 c. Quaker oats (quick cooking)
- 1 egg or 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Combine all ingredients.

3Mix lightly but thoroughly.

4Press into 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.

5Bake 1 hour.

6Drain; let stand 5 minutes.
