- 2 lbs hamburger
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- butter, for phyllo dough
- 1 lb phyllo dough
Directions

1Saute hamburger until brown.

2Add wine,raisins, pine nuts,and spices.

3Stir until liquid is absorbed.

4Cool.

5Cut phyllo into 3 strips.

6Butter the phyllo.

7Place 1 tbsp of filling at the base.

8Tuck each side in about 1/2 inch.

9Roll up.

10It should look like a sleeping bag.

11Brush the top with butter.

12They can be frozen at this point.

13Place seam side down on a cookie sheet.

14Bake at 375* until golden (25 minutes).
