- 1 lb ground beef
- 5 oz frozen thawed spinach
- 1/2 medium finely chopped onion
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup jarred tomatoe sauce
- 8 dinner rolls
- 1 cup shredded mozarella
Directions

1mix ground beef,spinach, onion & garlic 1 tsp salt & pepper in a large bowl.

2warm oil in a large skillet over medium heat & gently shape neat mixture into 8 balls.

3cook meatballs on all sides until cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes.

4warm tomato sauce in a small saucepan over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.

5spin 1 tbsp warmed sauce onto top & bottom of each roll, then sprinkle mozzarella on bottom halves.

6top with a meatball.

7cover with top halves of rolls to make sandwiches.
