  • 20 c. bread crumbs
  • 4 doz. eggs
  • 1 12 qt. water (more if needed)
  • 2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. garlic
  • Less than 1/4 c pepper
  • 1/2 c. salt
  • 1/2 c. oil
