- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Beef Broth
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Basil
- 1/2 Cup minced Onion
- 3 Eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbls. Dried Oregano
- 1 Tbls. Garlic, minced or grated
- 1 Tbls. Salt
- 1 Tbls. Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/4 tsp. fresh grated nutmeg
- 1 Lbs Meat (Beef, Veal, Pork, Turkey or any combination you like)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients with hands and shape into meatballs.
