  • 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 3/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Beef Broth
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Basil
  • 1/2 Cup minced Onion
  • 3 Eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbls. Dried Oregano
  • 1 Tbls. Garlic, minced or grated
  • 1 Tbls. Salt
  • 1 Tbls. Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh grated nutmeg
  • 1 Lbs Meat (Beef, Veal, Pork, Turkey or any combination you like)

    Mix all ingredients with hands and shape into meatballs.
