- 1 lb ground round
- 14 teaspoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 14 cup milk
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Directions

1Mix together; ground beef, garlic, minced onion, milk, salt, pepper and bread crumbs.

2Make into balls (about the size of a ping-pong ball).

3In skillet brown meatballs in vegtable oil.

4Pour in can of beef broth and simmer 20 minutes.

5Thicken with cornstarch and water.

6Serve over buttered noodles.
