  • 1 lb ground round
  • 14 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 14 cup milk
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 14 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

    Mix together; ground beef, garlic, minced onion, milk, salt, pepper and bread crumbs.

    Make into balls (about the size of a ping-pong ball).

    In skillet brown meatballs in vegtable oil.

    Pour in can of beef broth and simmer 20 minutes.

    Thicken with cornstarch and water.

    Serve over buttered noodles.
