- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 celery ribs
- 14 cup old fashioned oats
- 15 saltine crackers
- 6 -8 slices bread
- 14 cup ketchup
- 14 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- salt
- pepper
- garlic
- cumin
- oregano
Directions

1dice bell pepper, onion, and celery.

2grate carrots or chop finely.

3put the previous ingredient in a bowl and add the oats.

4next, crush the crackers in your hand as you add them to the bowl

5pull apart the bread in to smaller peices and add them to the bowl.

6add ketchup, milk, eggs, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and spices.

7mix well.

8using your hand add in the ground beef and continue to mix well.

9IF the mixture is still really soggy and runny add more crackers, bread or oats.

10place in a glass pan (roughly the same size as a 9 x 13).

11cook at 375 degrees Farenheit for approximately an hour and 15 minutes (until the internal temperature is cooked).
