Mediterranean Vegetable Wrap

- 1-1/2 qt. cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 qt. red peppers, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups green onions, sliced
- 3/4 cup sliced black olives
- 3 cups KRAFT Signature Sun Dried Tomato Oregano Dressing
- 48 each flour tortillas (10 inch)
- 96 each romaine lettuce leaves
- 1-1/2 gal. hummus
Directions

1Mix cucumbers, peppers, onions, olives and dressing until well blended; cover.

2Refrigerate until ready to use.

3For each serving: Place 2 lettuce leaves on tortilla; top with 1/2 cup of the hummus and 2 Tbsp.

4of the cucumber mixture.

5Fold in side of tortilla, then roll up tightly from bottom.

6Wrap in paper wrap, then cut diagonally in half to serve.
