- 2 c. cantaloupe balls
- 2 c. honeydew balls
- 1 1/3 c. white wine
- 4 1/2 oz. thinly sliced Prosciutto, cooked ham or cooked corned beef
- 14 oz. Edam cheese, cut into 1/2-inch wedges
- leaf lettuce
- alfalfa sprouts
Directions

1In small bowl, combine melon balls with wine.

2Cover; chill about 1 hour.

3Cut thinly sliced Prosciutto into strips, 3 inches long and 2 inches wide.

4Wrap meat strips around each cheese wedge.

5Drain melon balls.

6On lettuce lined plate, arrange cheese wrapped Prosciutto and melon balls.

7Garnish with alfalfa sprouts. Makes 8 servings.
