- 3 cups chopped melon (honeydew, cantaloupe or watermelon)
- 12 cup sugar
- 23 cup white wine (Chardonnay or Chablis are good)
- mint sprig (to garnish)
Directions

1Puree chopped melon in blender;set aside.

2Combine the sugar and wine in a saucepan and simmer till sugar is dissolved.

3Mix in melon puree.

4Pour into loaf pan and freeze 4 hours till hard.

5Puree again for 30 minutes before serving.

6Return to freezer till time to serve.

7Garnish and serve.
