  • 3 egg whites, at room temperature
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    In the large bowl of an electric mixer, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.

    Gradually add sugar, salt and vanilla and beat until stiff peaks form.

    Pile on top of mixture in pie shell. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
