- methi vegetable, neatly chopped
- red chili powder (as required)
- turmeric powder (Haldi)
- salt
- 34 cup gram flour
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup jowar flour
- 1 cup millet flour
- 5 -7 slices garlic
- 2 -3 tablespoons fried peanuts, ground
- 8 -10 green chilies
- ginger
- 4 -5 slices garlic
- salt
Directions

1-----------Forparathas--------------.

2Grind Red Chilli Powder and garlic together.

3Mix all the ingredients and the grinded paste and mould into a thick dough.

4While making the dough mix 2-3 tablespoons of oil.

5When the dough is ready make parathas as usual.

6-------------For'Thecha'---------.

7On a frying pan sprinkle some oil and place the chillies for some time.

8Remove when they start becoming partial brown Grind these chillies with ginger, garlic, salt and grinded peanuts.

9Pour 2-3 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and roast the paste for just 4-5 minutes.

10Serve Parathas hot with the'Thecha' and oil.
