Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup semolina
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon seeds carom
- 1 tablespoon chilli powder
- 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons kasoori methi
- salt as per taste
- 1/4 cup oil warm
- 1 1/2 cups water
- oil for fry.
Directions

1Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

2Add water and knead the flour into dough.

3Add oil and knead the flour again. Let it rest for 30 mins.

4Take out a part of the dough and roll it in a roti.

5Cut out small puris with cookie cutter or circular lid of the container.

6Deep fry 3-4 puris at a time on medium heat until light brown and crispy.

7Fry remaining methi puris and store them in airtight container. You can store them for 15-20 days.
