- 3/4 tsp. chili powder
- 4 chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp. melted margarine
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Place oats and seasonings in blender or food processor and blend.

3Coat chicken with oat mixture.

4Place on rack in pan.

5Brush chicken with margarine.

6Bake 40 minutes or until juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
