  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 pkg. (small) tortillas
  • 2 c. chopped chicken, cooked
  • 1 can green chilies, chopped
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • Jack cheese
  • Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Pour part of chicken soup and enchilada sauce in casserole. Break up frozen tortillas.

    Layer tortillas, onion, green chilies, chicken, tortillas and rest of soup and enchilada sauce.

    Grate Jack cheese and Cheddar cheese; spread on top after casserole has cooked for 30 to 45 minutes in 350° oven.

    Heat until cheese is melted.
