- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 6 to 8 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except cheese, together.

2In a 9 x 13-inch greased pan (dish), pour 1/2 mix and 1/2 grated cheese. Add remaining mix and cheese.

3Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
