- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 egg
- 3/4 lb. Jack cheese
- 1 can Ortega diced chiles
Directions

1Mix the first 5 ingredients.

2Pour 1/2 of the batter into a greased casserole.

3Then sprinkle the cheese and chiles over the batter.

4Cover with remaining batter.

5Bake 1/2 hour at 400°.
