  • 2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Diced Red Pepper
  • 12 oz Monterey Jack cheese or cheddar with jalapena grated

    Mix all the ingredients together and bake at 350 degress for 30 minutes until bubbly. Serve with Scoops or other corn chips.
